VINYASA TRAINING SERIES
VINYASAXANDRASYA
This nourishing Training Sequence is based on xandranamaskar and focusses on sensitising,
awakening, opening and strengthening all the joints and motor muscles. Its
practice allows the Dynamics of Integrity to be established in the whole body,
while clarifying the Seven Universal Actions of Yoga Posture Practice.
It invites a deep sensitivity to muscular sensation, and to the impact of action
on the joints.
VINYASASYURASYA
This challenging Training Sequence focusses on strengthening, opening and mobilising the whole
body. Its practice allows the Seven Universal Actions to be refined and
the Dynamics of Integrity to be deeply embodied. It energises and awakens
the body gradually, safely and systematically.
VINYASASUKASYA
This Practice Sequence focusses on clarifying the Spiral Dynamic of Integrity.
This allows the the Seven Universal Actions of Yoga Posture Practice to be
integrated into the vulnerable relationship of the ribcage to the pelvis.
The series focusses on symmetrical standing postures and includes
xandranamaskar, floor postures and inversions, sequenced to clarify the Dpiral dynamic of Integrity
so that it become the key to integrating the action in the whole body.
VINYASAXIKITSA
This Practice Sequence focusses on establishing the bandhas in each part of the
body. The series focusses on asymmetrical standing postures and forward bends and includes
xandranamaskar, and inversions, sequenced to clarify the integrating dynamic of Sarvangabandha in the
whole body so that it become the spotaneous, inevitable expression of integrated action.
VINYASAMERASYA
This Practice Sequence focusses on supporting the release of the spine from the whole body.
This becomes possible only integrating the Seven Universal Actions into the relationship
of the ribcage and pelvis by way of the spiral dynamic that establishes the bandhas in the
whole body. The sensitivity and subtlety that this requires quietens mind as it internalises awareness
allowing the subtle nature of the body and its inherent relationship to consciousness to be experienced and recognised.
